Heber Creeper

heber creeper by marilynn z. nielson, 12 x 16 oil on board panel, $450 unframed

The train is a familiar sight in this valley and a popular attraction for visitors.  It is a fun way to travel along the river as it bends through the canyon and past the reservoir. We often hear its whistle from our home.  We were out taking pictures one day when we heard it coming.  We set up the camera to catch it just as it came out of the trees.  I thought we caught it at just the right moment.  This painting was awarded the first place ribbon in the professional division of the county fair. ~ marilynn
