north field stream {oil by debbie tolbert}

north field stream by debbie tolbert, 9 x 12 oil on canvas board, $300 unframed

I love painting in the North Fields! If you look close you will find a couple of bugs stuck in the paint. That just means it was definitely plein air painting. It is the most peaceful place to paint. I hope that feeling flows through my art. ~ debbie

    Hi Debbie, the north field stream sure looks like a beautiful place to visit – and revisit! The soft lines and beautiful colors are very inviting. I can imagine a gentle breeze in the branches of the tree and in the grasses by the stream, evoked by the way that they are textured. It looks like a place of which I would not tire. Congratulations on a beautiful work of art! Julie
